    How do we select employees?

    It's not a secret that people - is the most valuable asset of any company, and we are very serious about our candidates. No matter where you want to get - Murad Buildings or to our partners, you'll pass the same procedure. On our site you can find all the open positions in Murad Buildings, as well as our partners. We ask you to carefully review all open vacancies, and in case of interest, fill in the online form, located in the job description. Depending upon the complexity and uniqueness of the position, we can offer you through professional testing, group exercises and interviews. As a candidate, you will have to go through the following steps:

    1 Enter the page "Vacancies" and choose your favorite position.
     

     

    2 Fill in the online application form and send it to us. When you submit, you will receive a notification that you are registered for this job. If you do not receive this notice, please contact us through the column Ask a question.
     

     

    3 If you meet all the requirements specified in the vacancy, we will contact you within 5 working days will and invite you for an interview. Depending on the complexity of the job, we might have 2 or 3 stages of the meeting with the candidates at various levels, including additional testing.
     

     

    4 Following the first meeting, we will notify you via e-mail notification if you pass to the next stage. If you meet our requirements, we will invite you to the next stage.
     

     

    5 At the end of the second phase we will also let you know whether you're going through the following steps. We reserve the right to reject your candidacy at all stages of an interview, in the case of lack of knowledge or skills. The decision about your employment will be made jointly, on the basis of the results obtained through the steps.
     

     

    6 All operating conditions are announced only at the last meeting. However, this does not prevent you to share with us your expectations from working with us on the first meeting.
