Murad Buildings is pleased to announce the start of key handover to apartment owners at the Soy Bo’yi residential complex—marking the completion of the first phase of the project and the beginning of a new chapter for its first residents.
Construction and finishing works for the four blocks of the first phase have been completed in full compliance with the approved design documentation and the company’s quality standards. All required permits from the relevant government authorities have been obtained, and the first four residential blocks are ready for operation.
Key handover will take place at the Murad Buildings sales office located in the Avalon Business Center, 38A Aybek Street.
Future residents will be able to receive the keys to their apartments, familiarize themselves with key organizational details, and ask any questions they may have to company representatives.
