Murad Buildings Celebrates the Grand Opening of the Soy Bo’yi Project
Murad Buildings Celebrates the Grand Opening of the Soy Bo’yi Project

Soy Bo’yi is a unique business-class residential development that brings together contemporary architecture, harmony with nature, and a high level of comfort.

On February 8, Murad Buildings held a large-scale event to mark the official opening of Phase I of the Soy Bo’yi residential complex — a distinctive business-class project that combines modern architectural solutions, natural harmony, and elevated living standards.

The event took the form of a festival inspired by the spirit of the traditional Uzbek mahalla, featuring lively communication, warm smiles, traditional treats, and a true sense of neighborly togetherness. This format allowed future residents not only to get acquainted with the project and each other, but also to feel part of a forming community united by shared values and pride in their future home. As part of the program, guests toured four blocks of the complex, where they explored and highly appreciated the landscaped areas, apartments, and recreational zones.

Special attention during the event was given to issues of reliability and buyers’ confidence in the developer’s long-term support. In this context, Murad Buildings highlighted its partnership with O‘zbekinvest, with whom the developer previously introduced the “Double Reliability” program. Under this initiative, upon completion of construction, Murad Buildings will provide residents with insurance protection for their property in Soy Bo’yi for a period of 10 years at the developer’s expense. Coverage includes risks such as fire, explosion, theft, unlawful actions, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances.

“The opening of the first phase of the Soy Bo’yi project is an important milestone for our team. We are creating an environment where people can live comfortably, safely, and with peace of mind. It is essential for us to build long-term relationships with residents, starting from their very first interaction with the project,” said Oybek Nurmukhamedov, CEO of Murad Buildings.

It is also worth noting that the first residents of the Soy Bo’yi residential complex are already receiving their keys, symbolizing the completion of the project’s first phase. Very soon, the territory of the complex will be filled with the joyful voices of children and adults alike.

Today, Soy Bo’yi is already becoming the foundation for a vibrant community — a space where neighborliness, trust, and the unique atmosphere of a true mahalla are truly valued.
