Ipoteka Bank OTP Group, in partnership with leading developer Murad Buildings, has announced the signing of a cooperation agreement aimed at expanding mortgage lending and improving the affordability of housing in Uzbekistan’s primary real estate market.
The agreement envisages the launch of a joint mortgage program, “Imkoniyat,” offering transparent and competitive terms for purchasing residential property:
- Interest rate — 20% per annum until cadastral registration, 18% thereafter;
- Down payment — starting from 20%;
- Loan term — up to 20 years;
- Maximum loan amount — up to UZS 1,700,000,000.
The program applies to the purchase of apartments in Murad Buildings projects in Tashkent:
- Soy Bo’yi (Shaykhantakhur district, Jhurjoniy mahalla, 3a Y. Sakkokiy Street)
- Regnum Plaza (Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Sayram Street)
The signing of the agreement strengthens cooperation between the banking sector and the development company, contributing to the development of long-term financing instruments and increasing the availability of quality housing in the market.
