From the very beginning, Regnum Plaza was conceived as a project where the facade is not merely an exterior shell, but a key element of the building’s architectural identity.
Thanks to the carefully designed facade geometry, the building reveals itself differently throughout the day — altering the perception of depth, reflections, and textures. This creates the feeling of “living architecture” that interacts with the city and its rhythm.
For Murad Buildings, the project represents a continuation of an approach in which attention to detail and facade aesthetics shape not only the external appearance of the building, but also its long-term value.

The opening of the first phase was celebrated with a large-scale program featuring a speech by founder Murad Nazarov, a live orchestra, interactive workshops and a jazz band performance. The atmosphere of the evening brought together architecture, music, and urban culture, emphasizing the project’s core idea — creating a space where aesthetics become part of everyday life.

Nowadays, Regnum Plaza is not only the completion of a construction phase, but also the beginning of a new urban environment scenario, where architecture, events, and people come together to form a unified and vibrant living space.
